The assessment session is an important part of the therapeutic process. We will discuss more in depth what brings you to therapy. 

 Agree regular day and time for your therapy sessions.

Therapy sessions take place once weekly (unless otherwise agreed). Individual sessions last 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions last 60 minutes.

• Therapeutic Progress

Therapeutic progress is reviewed regularly making sure that clients' needs are attended to.
