Effective Tailored-made Therapy In-Person and Online

Psychodynamic Therapy

A form of therapy that operates under the core principle that our feelings, thoughts, and behaviours are influenced by internal often unconscious conflicts. It often focuses on exploring past experiences and relationships helping people to gain insight into their lives and to evaluate patterns that developed over the years. The therapeutic relationship becomes central to the therapeutic process as it can reveal the different ways the client relates to other people outside of the therapy room.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT is an evidence based, goal-oriented treatment that focuses on how we think and how our thinking affects the way we feel and act. As we grow we develop certain beliefs about ourselves, others and the world around us that can sometimes lead to  irrational thinking and maladaptive behavioural patterns. CBT teaches strategies to deal with negative thinking and unhelpful behaviours.

Integrative therapy

Integrative therapy draws from different clinical and theoretical models to address your unique psychological and emotional needs. The therapist combines different clinical tools and techniques to tailor therapy to the client specific needs.
